Domestic Orders:

Naytures Empire ships USPS flat rate priority 2 day mail within the USA. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving order. If an order is out of stock NE will be in contact within 48 hours to set up exchange, refund, or remake out of stock item. Naytures Empire is not responsible for any lost mail. NE is not responsible for any stolen packages if it says “delivered” no refund is issued.

International Orders:

Naytures Empire ships WORLDWIDE. International orders take 10-30 days to arrive. Tracking number is not included, only custom order number can be added. Naytures Empire is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
